Hi everyone!
My name is Hayley and I am the 'Imagineer' (spot the Disney reference...) behind The Sparkling Willow!
Life for me is split between being a besotted mummy to my little girl Willow and working on my next creative project.
The dream began back in 2011 whilst planning my wedding. I realised that I really enjoyed being creative and designed my own wedding stationery. After my wedding I went on to make jewellery and fascinators with one being sent to Dubai for a birthday celebration and another being worn at the Grand National.
From there I moved on to jewellery, gift cards and accessories before deciding in 2015/16 that I wanted a business and not just a hobby! I started personalising clothing and gifts plus I fell back in love with making bows!
I love adding a personal touch to all my creations as my Mum always tells me that as a child she struggled to find anything for me with my name on it...or spelt correctly!
Bows are now a huge part of my business because of my gorgeous little girl! For years I made bows for others...now I get to make them for Willow and she is definitely my inspiration and driving force.
I am also a huge Disney fan AND a very proud, former Walt Disney World Cast Member. I worked at Disney's Animal Kingdom as a Park Greeter which was honestly one of the best experiences ever!
Lastly, but not least importantly, Mr B is a big part of Sparkles. He is our Chief Pressing Officer, Mr Motivator, Postman and just an all round fantastic support to my venture.
